My Kitchen Decor + Details

Since my kitchen reveal, I’ve gotten so many questions about the items inside it. These are my kitchen essentials that I use everyday, I am totally obsessed with, and that are obviously beautiful.

Since the kitchen is usually the place everyone spends the most time, I feel its very important to be the most functional and aesthetically pleasing space in the house. It’s where everyone comes to gather, cook meals together, and share memories.

Yes, it matters what is on your countertops. The items should be limited, you should use it everyday, and you should love looking at it. If its ugly, it shouldn’t be out on your countertop.

Let’s start with the most important and most asked about..

Ratio Coffee Maker

It’s an automatic pour over coffee machine that is so simple, so beautiful, and makes the MOST perfect coffee. It’s a game changer because you can press a button and get an amazing pour over without coming back every minute to pour more water in. Best part about it.. they’re a local Portland company! Obviously a little bit of an investment but a million percent worth it in every way. Everyone. Needs. One.

I have the Ratio Eight in Parawood with handblown glass, but there are many options (like BPA free polymer) that can lower the cost! Click this link to get 10% off and enter code NOELLERYAN10.

Gold Bud Vases

I got these on my trip to Magnolia Market a few months back! I absolutely love them and had never seen anything like them. Anthropologie now carries them in three sizes. I love how unique and expensive they look. Fill with fresh greens or keep it simp with nothing inside.

Olive Tree

I got my olive tree from my local nursery. It’s an Arbequina Olive Tree and can live either indoors or outdoors. You can also plant the tree outside in your yard and it will grow full size. Mine lives 50% inside and 50% outside. It grows and thrives outside, but selfishly I want it inside to look at :) Yes olives are growing and no I do not know how to harvest/marinate them.. but I’m excited to learn! Just do your research!

Colorful Runner Rug

One of my all time favorite rugs ever! I love it in a kitchen because the weave is super durable, there are so many colors that stains blend right in, and it’s just a fun burst of color!
